Located at 74 Armagh St, on the ground floor of the new RSA building, Trenches is a licensed restaurant and bar which is designed to welcome the Christchurch community so that people can share its rich history and heritage.
After being damaged irreparably in the Canterbury earthquakes, the RSA has now returned to its historic site and re-opened on March 27, 2015. Since re-opening people come from all walks of life to feel a part of something special which is what we have here. It’s a respected club that provides a community hub for people to share their stories. We are gaining new members each week which has been encouraging. Trenches environment is welcoming, with excellent food, friendly staff and a superb beverage menu.
Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant and bar also serves bar snacks, cafe style counter food and a full barista coffee service.Trenches also has the best function facilities in the CBD, Plan your next event with us.Corporate meeting rooms available for hire.
We are open to the Public, which means you don't have to be a member to enjoy Trenches.
