Functions and Events

Trenches operates a functions and events centre that is available for hire for conferences, seminars, mediations, birthdays, weddings, formal and informal dinners just to mention a few functions. There are three function spaces available for hire in our 3 Purpose-built functions rooms:

 

Poppy Club

Full licensed bar with full catering capability.
Full WiFi capability with sound system,
Includes data projector/drop down screen and 65" wide screen smart TV.
Can be configured in any setup to suit your needs for your function.

Arrangements include: classroom, working groups, breakout areas or theatre.
Can be used as separate dining area for larger functions with the Poppy Club Bar.
Can be used for catering facilities for buffet style meals.
